Unlock RequirementsComplete Location - Wavechaser Plain, Nod-KraiThis quest starts automatically after completing Wind-Stirred Ripples, revealing a quest mark that the player must head toWhen coming close to the marked location, a voice will speak to the playerQuest Objective: Head to the Pillar of EmblaQuest Objective: Enter the towerWhen the player approaches the tower, Wild Hunt enemies will ambush them3x 1x A meter called “Abyssal Corrosion” will appear on the screen. It is decreased as the player defeats the nearby Wild Hunt enemies. The Wilderness Exile will continuously respawn until the meter is depletedOnce the Wild Hunt is dealt with, a Precious Chest and a Common Chest will spawn close by and the previously restrained kuuhenki will open a path forwardTo enter the tower, use the Cottonspring Flowers that can be found nearby in order to ascend to your objectiveAlternatively, the quest will proceed if the player chooses to climb the tower insteadQuest Objective: Clear out the monstersAfter exiting the Cottonspring Flowers, the player will be met by Abyssal enemies which must be defeated before proceeding2x Quest Objective: Investigate the core shrouded in Abyssal energyQuest Objective: Dodge the attacksInteracting with the nearby core will attempt to Purify itEvil Eyes of the Blightseeper will appear nearby and shoot the playerAs the player can not fight them back, these attacks must be dodgedBefore the player is overwhelmed, Illuga will appear for a brief dialogue and summon a shieldThe voice from before returns, commanding the player to Purify the coreWith the enemies purged by power of the voice, the player then chats about the situation with IllugaQuest Objective: Follow Illuga to activate the barrier coreAs Illuga’s companion, Aedon, moves ahead, the shrouded path will be revealedStand close by behind Illuga and copy his movements, as some moving platforms may be too fastDo note that falling off the platforms during this quest will have the player automatically teleport back to where they wereInteract with the barrier core to Recharge itQuest Objective: Activate the barrier core on the other sideIlluga will stay behind, but leave Aedon in your care to illuminate the path forward as you moveTake the Moonlane back to the main platform for a shortcutThere are multiple moving platforms this time. Find the one that ascends in order to reach the barrier coreOnce more, interact with the barrier core to Recharge itA cutscene will play, in which the player and Illuga meet with a woman named AliaQuest Objective: Cleanse the corruption throughout the area and restore the barrier core (0/3)A new gauge called “Abyssal Corruption Level” will be featured in the top of the screenIn southeast area from the tower, the player will find two Abyss Mages, which must be defeated before the puzzle is revealedTo cleanse the Abyssal Riftlines, the player must employ the nearby Spirebloom plant in order to cut the linesUpon cleansing the abyssal energies, the player will be ambushed by three waves of Abyss forcesFirst wave3x 1x Second wave1x 2x Third wave2x Once all waves are defeated, the player must take the barrier core piece which was restrained by the Abyssal Riftline and reattach it to the barrier core in the same areaThis can be done by interacting with the piece with your special skill and then aiming it at the barrier coreUpon restoring one of these barrier cores, an Exquisite Chest will spawn nearbyQuest Objective: Cleanse the corruption throughout the area and restore the barrier core (1/3)At the eastern area from the tower, two pieces must be recoveredThe first piece is contained by Abyssal Riftlines which can be cut with the nearby Spirebloom and once that is done, the player must attach it to the barrier coreThis will trigger the appearance of an enemy wave2x During the combat, the Spirebloom plant may end up Blighted, however, guiding a nearby Sheepsloth to it will restore it to a Suffused stateAfter cutting all Abyssal Riftlines that appear, attach the piece to its barrier coreAdditionally, attaching the last piece will cause an Exquisite Chest to spawnQuest Objective: Cleanse the corruption throughout the area and restore the barrier core (2/3)To access the area in the northeast of the tower, the player must solve a puzzle at its entranceThis involves the nearby Solaris Core and Nycalyx mechanismsFirst, place down the Miraculous Mandragora between the two crystals near the Solaris CoreAfterwards, take the Glimmerfruit and walk near the NycalyxIf everything is done right, kuuvahki energy will be seen connecting the Solaris Core to the Nycalyx, resulting in the cleansing of the Abyssal energies and opening the way forwardOnce the puzzle is solved, an Exquisite Chest will spawn by the entrance After entering the northeast area, a new puzzle must be solved involving the Intricate Blooms mechanismTo solve it, take the Intricate Bloom and approach its energy coreOnce all energy lines appear connected, the puzzle will be solved, releasing both piecesFinally, take the two barrier core pieces and attach them to the barrier core in order to progressQuest Objective: Head to the top of the towerQuest Objective: Touch the coreNew moonlanes will appear as a shortcut to get the player to the top of the towerUpon getting at the top, the player must interact with the object to complete the quest and have another chat with Alia, acquiring the Silver Lampwick in the processAdditionally, a Precious Chest will spawn nearby
