In-game (fastest)
- 1Log in and finish the tutorial to reach the Lobby.
- 2Open Settings, then tap the silhouette / account icon.
- 3Tap "Register Coupon" and type or paste your code.
- 4Confirm, then collect your rewards from the in-game mailbox.
On the web (STOVE)
- 1Open the official STOVE page (chaoszeronightmare.onstove.com) and log in to your STOVE account.
- 2Find the coupon / "Register Coupon" option and enter your code.
- 3Rewards arrive in your in-game mailbox — claim them there.
No STOVE account? You can still redeem on the website by entering your server, membership ID and character name directly instead of logging in.
3 things people get wrong
- The Register Coupon button only appears after clearing Chapter 1 Episode 4 — new players who haven't reached it yet simply won't see the option; keep playing the story and it shows up.
- Rewards don't land straight in your inventory — they sit in your in-game Mailbox for 30 days after you redeem the code, and you have to manually claim each one; leave it too long and it's gone.
- Codes are case-sensitive — type every letter exactly as shown (usually all caps), and double-check for a stray extra space when pasting, or the system will reject it as invalid.

Why are there no active codes?
Smilegate releases Chaos Zero Nightmare codes irregularly, usually around big updates, streams or milestones, and each one expires quickly. When there's no live code, it simply means none is being given out right now.
