How to redeem
- Open the game on PC and go to the Account tab in the bottom-left corner.
- Click the "Use" button next to "Redeem Coupon".
- Paste the code and confirm — the reward is sent straight to your in-game Mail.
- Open the official 7DSO coupon site in your browser (the iOS/PS5 client has no in-game code box).
- Enter your Account Info (PID), found in-game.
- Enter the code and click "Use" — the reward is sent to your in-game Mail.
How to find your Account Info (PID)
PID is your account ID — needed to redeem via the web page (PS5/iOS). Where to find it:
- Open the in-game Menu.
- Select Settings.
- Select the Account tab and copy the PID shown there.
Code not working?
- Double-check the spelling and capitalization — most codes are case-sensitive.
- Make sure the code hasn't expired — codes are usually only valid for a limited time.
- Make sure your account has already cleared the prologue/tutorial — some codes only unlock after that point.
- Already redeemed: each account can use a code only once (redeeming again returns an error).
- Wrong PID: when redeeming via the web page (PS5/iOS), a wrong or missing PID means the reward won't reach your account.
Frequently asked questions
Codes usually fail for one of three reasons: it already expired, your account already redeemed it, or it is region-locked. Check the expiry column on this page first; we mark a code expired only once we can confirm it, and we keep confirmed-expired codes visible so you know it was real rather than mistyped.
Codes are re-checked on a schedule rather than added once and forgotten, and each entry shows when it was last confirmed. We do not list codes we cannot verify, even when they are circulating — an unverified code costs you the attempt and the trust.
