How Bosses Work
Bosses in 7DS Origin are grouped into 6 types: Elite Boss, Field Boss, Boss Challenge, World Level Boss, Story Boss, and Raid Boss.
Defeating a World Boss spawns a special reward chest — use 10 Reward Keys to open it and claim the loot.
The first time you clear each Boss Challenge difficulty, you get a bonus of 300 Star Fragments.
Raising your World Level (via Book of Stars) makes Field and Elite Boss drops better, but also makes every enemy tougher — you can lower it again anytime with no penalty besides worse drops.
