Travelers must complete Combat Events, trigger Companion Events, or use other methods in order for Alternate Cast Members to join the Principal Cast.Selecting CharactersOpening characters: 6 characters designated at the start of each season. These 6 characters will be set as your initial Principal Cast. The Imaginarium Theater will offer trial versions of all 6 characters.Required Elemental Types: Only characters that meet the Elemental requirements for that season may participate.Supporting Cast: Characters chosen by your friends to offer as support characters, other than your own characters.Special Guest Stars: A special pool of selectable characters that do not need to meet the Elemental requirements for that season.Character RolesRoleDescriptionOn-Field It is recommended to allocate time for these character to fight on the field as much as possible to utilize their strong suits.Off-Field These characters can provide considerable assistance while off-field. Distribute time between them and the on-field characters to better complete performance challenges.DPS This character archetype deals markedly greater damage to opponents within any set amount of time. It is recommended to give them sufficient time in combat.Support These characters have remarkable support capabilities, allowing other characters to fight more effectively. Distribute them across teams to tackle and complete harder challenges.Survivability When facing stronger or more numerous opponents, these characters are more effective in dealing with incoming attacks while the player finds a way to turn things around.Supporting CastSupporting Cast characters can assist friends in their performances, and up to 7 characters can be set. Characters that meet the Elemental Type requirements for that season or Special Guest Stars can be invited by friends.Supporting Cast characters can assist Friends up to 15 times during each Imaginarium Theater season.VigorCharacters start out with 2 Vigor, and after completing a Combat Event, characters will lose 1 Vigor. Once all Vigor is exhausted, the character cannot participate in combat.

Performance EventsAll sorts of events can happen during an Imaginarium Theater challenge.Of these;Companion Events allow Alternate Cast members to join your Principal Cast.Wondrous Boons can grant your party combat buffs.Mystery Caches can grant certain benefits, but also carry a certain amount of risks.Initially there will be 2 chances to refresh events.After selecting Companion, Wondrous Boon, or Mystery Cache Events, Events other than Combat Events will be refreshed. When a Combat Event is selected, you will go on stage and start the current performance. After completing a Combat Event, you can choose between 2 characters to join the Principal Cast.Characters who haven’t yet participated in the gamemode have a chance to provide External Audience Support for Companion Events and Wondrous Succor, bringing you additional benefits.Lunar Mode: Arcana ChallengeDuring the performance, after participating characters consume a certain amount of Vigor, Arcana Challenge events will appear. Up to 2 such events will be available at the same time.These events will remain available for the duration of the Performance Challenge and will not be affected by performance progression.Characters used in these challenges will consume Vigor.The events can be chosen interchangeably and Travelers will have the option to return to the event selection phase and choose a more suitable time to start the challenge again if the challenge is deemed too difficult.Fantasia Flower is used to unlock Companion and Wondrous Boon Events.Players will start with 160 Fantasia Flowers when challenging Hard Mode and 100 Fantasia Flowers otherwise. They can be gained from completing Acts and Bonus Challenges.Additionally for each extra character added to the Alternate Cast, players will gain 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 Fantasia Flowers.Performance DetailsPerformance Details show current progression, including the completed Acts, Rewards, Opponent Details, Character Details including remaining Vigor and standby characters and the obtained Wondrous Boons or Mystery Caches.To end the challenge, choose “End Performance”.RewindCompleting Act 3 will reward players with 2 chances to Rewind the current performance. Using Rewind, players can restart the performance again after making necessary changes to Events and Characters.
