Miliastra Wonderland Gameplay Rules

Dear Traveler, welcome to Genshin Impact Miliastra Wonderland. To ensure a positive community and that you have a safe, enjoyable, and healthy experience, please review the following rules before you begin. By entering Miliastra Wonderland, you agree to comply with these rules. If your behavior or speech violates them, we may restrict your access to certain services. Please note: these rules may be updated from time to time to comply with laws or to maintain a healthy community environment in Miliastra Wonderland, and updates take immediate effect once they are published through in-game notices. Your continued access will be regarded as acceptance of the latest version. Important Notice You acknowledge and agree that after you complete the Wonderland stages, we may publicly display some of your game information in the leaderboard and other sections within the Genshin Impact Miliastra Wonderland. This information includes your nickname, UID, level, avatar, signature, tags, battle records, ranking, cosmetic combinations, party lineup for completing stages, as well as artifact and weapon setups. Safety (1) Impersonation: It is strictly forbidden to impersonate other Travelers or official staff by using similar nicknames, signatures, or content. Such behavior can cause others financial loss or even personal harm. (2) Advertising and Phishing: Posting any third-party advertisements or phishing content, including unauthorized top-up services and "free currency" offers, is prohibited. Be especially cautious of links that ask for your account or banking details, such as UID and password, or bank information. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from actions on unofficial third-party platforms. (3) Abuse and Threats: Bullying or attacking others in any form is not permitted. This includes insults, harassment, violent threats, or any other abusive behavior targeting individuals or groups. (4) Harmful or Sensitive Content: Miliastra Wonderland is a place for friendly interaction among players from a wide spectrum of cultures. Content or conduct involving pornography, terrorism, extremism, self-harm or suicide, graphic violence, illegal or controlled substances, sensitive real-world events, political figures or entities, gambling, or any other unlawful activity is strictly prohibited. (5) Protection of Minors: Any content or conduct that endangers or exploits minors is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: infringing on the privacy of minors; distributing, soliciting, or discussing child sexual abuse material; grooming or engaging in other inappropriate interactions with minors; sexualizing minors or engaging in sexual extortion; and trafficking or attempting to traffic minors. If you discover any of the above content or behavior, please do not spread such content, but instead use "Paimon Menu > Feedback > Issue Feedback" to send your feedback or seek assistance. Should you encounter content that may constitute child sexual exploitation (or CSAM - Child Sexual Abuse Material), we also encourage you to lodge reports with the following organizations collaborating with global law enforcement agencies: The US National Center for Missing & Exploited Children's CyberTipline, INHOPE, and the International Centre for Missing and Exploited Children. (6) Protection of Personal Information: To safeguard the security of personal data, do not disclose, publish, or transmit any content containing personal or private information of themselves or others. (7) Protection of Property: Fraudulent acquisition of others' property, funds, or lawful rights is strictly prohibited. Do not publish or promote, either directly or implicitly, any crowdfunding or fundraising activities. (8) Other Harmful Conduct: Exploitation of bugs, glitches, or other technical vulnerabilities for personal or collective gain is prohibited, as is any conduct deemed harmful to the security or stability of Miliastra Wonderland. Civility (1) Relevance and Accuracy: To preserve a fair and enjoyable environment, do not misuse the comments or chat functions. The following are prohibited: posting repetitive, offensive, or irrelevant content; and fabricating or intentionally spreading false or misleading information. (2) Appropriate Language: Use civil and respectful language, and avoid expressions that are offensive, abusive, or misleading. (3) Respectful Communication: Maintain a courteous and constructive attitude in interactions. The following are prohibited: provoking disputes, mocking others, or expressing hostility; using vulgar language, insults, and engaging in verbal harassment. (4) Respect for Creative Works: Unwarranted attacks or disparagement of others' stages or creations are prohibited. Players who find content unsatisfactory are encouraged to provide feedback or suggestions in a rational and constructive manner. (5) Respect for Diversity: Players must recognize and respect differences in interests and habits. It is prohibited to disparage others' preferences or to impose one's own preferences on others. (6) Safeguarding the Game Environment: Players must not disrupt others' normal gameplay in Miliastra Wonderland. Content that could cause discomfort, or that infringes upon the dignity or rights of others, is strictly prohibited. (7) No Discrimination: All forms of discriminatory conduct or expression are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, discrimination on the basis of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity, governmental affiliation, and geographic region. (8) Civil Conduct in Competition: Players shall maintain civility during competitive play. Personal attacks or harassment arising from match outcomes or other players' mistakes are expressly forbidden. Respect for Intellectual Property Players may not upload, publish, or otherwise use any content without the authorization of the rights holder. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, reproducing third-party creations or using such content beyond the scope of the granted license. Maintaining a Fair and Healthy Game Environment (1) No False or Misleading Promotion: The publication of misleading or inaccurate promotional content is prohibited. This includes attempts to artificially depress evaluations of other stages or inducing others, through monetary or other compensation, to publish false reviews. (2) Prohibition of Conduct Affecting Fairness or Player Experience: The following conduct, among others, is strictly prohibited. (1) Using alternate accounts to harass or exploit new players. (2) Frequently or repeatedly refusing to confirm readiness or start matches, deliberately forcing restarts, or otherwise manipulating match results by irregular means. (3) In team-based stages, disconnecting without reconnection, quitting without cause, idling, intentionally refusing to participate, obstructing teammates, or otherwise engaging in negative play. (4) Maliciously following, harassing, or obstructing other players for personal reasons in a manner that prevents normal gameplay. (5) Intentionally throwing matches, disclosing team information, or otherwise manipulating outcomes to ensure defeat or predetermined results. (6) Misusing the reporting feature, including but not limited to spamming reports against normal players or content, rallying others to submit false reports, or using alternate accounts to file repeated or malicious reports. (7) Utilizing cheats, hacks, bots, or any other unauthorized programs or tools. (8) Engaging in any other conduct that undermines the fairness of the game or adversely affects the experience of other players. Disciplinary Measures Violations of these provisions may result, depending on severity, in one or more of the following measures being imposed: (1) Issuance of a warning. (2) Removal of completion records, leaderboard entries, or other gameplay data. (3) Restriction, modification, or removal of non-compliant content. (4) Restriction or termination of other players' access to your content, with possible requirement to make adjustments within a prescribed period. (5) Restriction of access to social features, including comments and chat functions. (6) Restriction of access to matchmaking functions. (7) Restriction of access to some or all features of Miliastra Wonderland. (8) Suspension or permanent banning of the account.
