He works as a Deepspace Hunter for the Hunters Association and carries the Light Evol, one of the three combat elements present at the game's January 18, 2024 launch.

Xavier comes across as mysterious and reserved, a man of few words who appears disinterested in anything outside his missions, and who has a habit of dozing off in unusual places. As his bond with the player deepens, a protective, loyal side emerges, along with an occasional streak of jealousy.
