The site was designated "Segment-Domain Tau" by its former owner, who possessed neither aesthetic sense nor sentiment. Long ago, it stood upon the surface as a temple devoted to a goddess often invoked alongside "Time." In the wake of a disaster, it was lifted into the heavens, its presence and shadow hidden from sight. From then on, it served as a quiet watchtower over the world. The ruins left behind were eventually expanded and transformed into a sanatorium.
