Dear Travelers: To ensure that all Travelers have the best-possible Genshin Impact experience, our developers continually make optimizations and bug fixes to the game based on Travelers' feedback. 〓Known Issues〓 On certain PC devices, switching to characters wearing the new outfits (specifically Citlali's "Whispers of Stars and Smoke" and Charlotte's "Hurlock Variations") in certain interfaces or scenes may occasionally cause serious in-game lag. Travelers on PC who encounter this issue can resolve it by disabling Compatibility Mode for both the game executable (Yuanshen.exe or GenshinImpact.exe) and the game launcher. *How to disable Compatibility Mode: Right-click the program icon, select "Properties" > "Compatibility", and uncheck "Run this program in compatibility mode for:". To locate the game executable, click the "≡" button in the bottom-right corner of the launcher interface, select "Game Settings," and click "Open Directory." If you have any questions, you may also contact Customer Service for guidance. Fixes an issue on some Android devices whereby, while using the photo-taking feature for the custom avatar in Miliastra Wonderland, it would fail to upload the image and display the error message "Avatar info upload error. Please retake your photo and upload again." Fixes an issue whereby, while using the "Take photo in current scene" feature for the custom avatar in Miliastra Wonderland, pressing the "Switch Manekin" button and then exiting the photo-taking mode would cause the Manekin model to disappear abnormally. Travelers affected by the above issues can log out via the Paimon Menu by selecting "Exit to Login Interface" and close the game, then log in again to resolve the issues. 〓 2026/07/03 16:15 Update Details〓 Fixes an issue whereby, under certain circumstances, the mouse cursor would not appear properly on the payment screen after Travelers using a controller on PC purchased an item from the Shop. Fixes an issue whereby, during a time trial challenge in the Pillar Hall Central Zone of the Temple of Space, the camera could behave abnormally. Fixes an issue during the World Quest "Project Moongazer" whereby, while progressing through the objective "Head toward the moon's core," the lift's interaction button could disappear abnormally if the character fell from the lift at the objective location and then returned, preventing them from reaching the objective location. Fixes an issue on mobile devices whereby, after Citlali changed into the outfit "Whispers of Stars and Smoke," the outfit's skirt would fail to display its fluttering animation during certain actions, such as jumping and sprinting. Fixes an issue on mobile devices whereby, after Charlotte changed into the outfit "Hurlock Variations," the outfit's skirt fluttering animation would appear abnormal when opening the Character > Talents screen, after the character came to a stop following movement, or when jumping while climbing. Travelers affected by the above issues can log out via the Paimon Menu by selecting "Exit to Login Interface" and close the game, then log in again to resolve the issues. 〓 2026/07/02 16:45 Update Details〓 Fixes an issue whereby using the gadget "Sandrone's Portable Tea Table" to re-invite a character would abnormally grant Long-Term Encounter Points after the tea party ended. 〓 2026/07/01 21:25 Update Details〓 Fixes an issue whereby, under certain circumstances, after Yae Miko unlocked the Talent "Edict of Cleansing," a single enhanced Sesshou Sakura lightning strike could cause the additional Electro DMG produced by "Radiance: Stellar-Conduct" to trigger multiple times abnormally upon hitting an enemy (It was inconsistent with the Talent description, which specifies that said additional DMG should trigger only once).
