Dear Travelers: To ensure that all Travelers have the best-possible Genshin Impact experience, our developers continually make optimizations and bug fixes to the game based on Travelers' feedback. 〓Known Issues〓 Currently, PC devices equipped with Intel® Iris® Xe series graphics cards may experience abnormal screen flickering when entering the Snezhnaya region. Travelers who encounter this issue are advised to visit the Intel official website to download and install the latest graphics driver, then restart their device to resolve the issue. Travelers can also visit the following link for detailed instructions on updating Intel drivers: https://www.hoyolab.com/article/20981435 Currently, in a cutscene for the Archon Quest "Wraith's Nocturne," the Elemental Type icon displayed for Mitya appears incorrect (it should be an Electro "Stellar Linchpin"). This issue will be fixed in a future update. 〓 2026/08/21 17:55 Update Details〓 Due to the fixes released in the August 20 update for the issues on mobile devices whereby the Traveler character model had been partially displayed incorrectly and the eyes of the Traveler character model had been displayed incorrectly during certain quest dialogues, a new issue causing the Traveler to disappear abnormally during "Mistilteinn" in the Archon Quest was introduced. The relevant fixes have been reverted. The aforementioned display issues will be fixed separately in a future update. 〓 2026/08/20 20:00 Update Details〓 Fixes an issue whereby the playtime of some Travelers was displayed abnormally in the "Top Comments" section of Miliastra Wonderland stages. 〓 2026/08/20 16:10 Update Details〓 Fixes an issue whereby the "Decorate Carriage" and "Remove Decoration" options for the train summoned by the Eye of Graeae became available before completing the World Quest "Daybreak After the Snow." After this fix, any decorations set before completing the quest remain unaffected. The relevant options no longer appear before the World Quest is completed and become available again after completion. Fixes an issue on mobile devices whereby, under certain circumstances, performing a slide during the Archon Quests "Everwinter Without Mercy" and "Gunfire in the Silent Lands" caused display abnormalities and prevents further operation. Fixes an issue whereby the weapon of Odette appeared in an incorrect position after she performed a Charged Attack. Fixes an issue on some mobile devices whereby, with Graphics Quality set to "Lowest," the eyes of Traveler (Aether) and Traveler (Lumine) displayed incorrectly during certain quest dialogues. Fixes some display issues with the Traveler character model on mobile devices, including issues with Aether's earring and Lumine's top. Fixes an issue when playing via Genshin Impact · Cloud whereby settings changed under Eye of Graeae > Settings > Controls > Third-Person Shooter reverted to default after re-entering the game. Fixes an issue whereby, under certain circumstances, the relevant chest did not appear after completing the challenge offered by the NPC "Lukov" in Fellfrost Peak, Snezhnaya. Travelers who encounter this issue can return to the vicinity of the challenge location and use the Cryo Treasure Compass to locate the chest. Fixes an issue whereby, under certain circumstances, characters may be unable to enter cover, and the behavior of some enemies may become abnormal in "Edge of Survival" stages. Fixes an issue whereby, under certain circumstances, the camera may behave abnormally after challenging the "Immortal Construct" or "Chimeric Winged Lion" in the open world. Fixes an issue on the Irminsul server whereby tags displayed incorrectly on the "Top Comments" screen of Miliastra Wonderland stages. Fixes an issue in Miliastra Wonderland whereby, after switching to the "Wonderland Rising Stars" tab from another screen, Travelers were unable to swipe down to refresh and load more new stages. Fixes localization errors in some Indonesian, Korean, Japanese, English, and Russian text. In English, this includes an issue in the Archon Quest "Everwinter Without Mercy" whereby some personal pronouns were incorrect. Travelers affected by the above issues can log out via the Paimon Menu by selecting "Exit to Login Interface" and close the game, then log in again to resolve the issues. 〓 2026/08/14 11:13 Update Details〓 Adds an additional location of Prime Ice that can be repeatedly demolished in the scene for the objective "Use Prime Ice Constructs to prop up the door" in the Archon Quest "Everwinter Without Mercy" to resolve the issue whereby, under certain circumstances, there would be no Prime Ice available to demolish within the area, preventing Travelers from obtaining Prime Ice Resource and progressing the quest. Fixes an issue on some Android devices whereby abnormal patterns would appear on the faces of Sandrone and Mitya during certain dialogues in the Archon Quests "Everwinter Without Mercy" and "Wraith's Nocturne." Fixes an issue whereby, after completing the World Quest "Variations on Belyi and Chernyi" with Traveler (Lumine) and unlocking the ending "Lost Amidst the Applause," Traveler (Lumine) would incorrectly appear as Traveler (Aether) in the image inside the quest item "Black Snow Swan Archive." Travelers affected by the above issues can log out via the Paimon Menu by selecting "Exit to Login Interface" and close the game, then log in again to resolve the issues. Fixes an issue whereby the display density of Prime Ice Constructs is abnormally high in certain areas of Snezhnaya. Reduces the frequency at which "Sign: Icon" and "Sign: Text" are pushed for all types of Prime Ice Constructs. 〓 2026/08/13 16:10 Update Details〓 Fixes an issue in the "Test Run" event where the description related to Stellar-Conduct reactions contained errors. The incorrect text read: "...the [Polestar] field will store the dissipating elemental energies and then completely release them every 3s. This further increases the aforementioned DMG Bonus and also increases the Base Stellar-Conduct DMG coefficient for 3s." Fixed text: "...the [Polestar] field will store the dissipating elemental energies and then completely release them every 4s. This further increases the aforementioned DMG Bonus and also increases the Base Stellar-Conduct DMG coefficient for 4s."
