Stock bills issued in Wuling and only usable in the said region. They have all sorts of uses.

Pursuant to relevant provisions of the Band Accord, all Accordatories shall, while ensuring the unimpeded circulation of Talosian Credit Notes in the civilian economy, maintain commodity stockpiles to cover the issuance of such stock bills, thereby facilitating orderly and effective joint stockpile redistribution under exceptional circumstances.
