Stock bills issued in Valley IV and only usable in the said region. They have all sorts of uses.

Pursuant to relevant provisions of the Band Accord, all signatories shall, in addition to simultaneously guaranteeing that Talosian Credit Notes provide a currency circulation sufficient for the civil economy, guarantee a commodity stockpile sufficient for the agreed-upon supply of such types of allocation orders so as to achieve an orderly and effective joint allocation during extraordinary circumstances.
