Outside the main story, Chaos Zero Nightmare's endgame content is spread across a handful of named modes — Chaos Manifestation for repeatable Chaos runs, Great Rift for seasonal competitive scoring, and other limited modes that rotate in with each patch.
Chaos Manifestation
Chaos Manifestation is the umbrella name for CZN's Nightmare-difficulty Chaos runs — deck-building roguelike stages each built around their own boss and event pool. Named runs include Blue Pot, Twin Star's Shadow, City of Mist, The Foretold Ruin, Swamp of Judgement, Burning Life and Laboratory 0, each with its own recommended team comps, elite monsters and equipment drops.
Great Rift
Great Rift is CZN's premier ranked mode — a leaderboard for scores and the main way players compare decks against each other. It runs seasonally, split into two halves across the 2nd and 3rd banner of a Season, with each half unlocked by clearing the Story tied to that banner's unit, and each half featuring a completely different boss.
Great Rift itself splits into two sides that need two different teams:

Rewards come in three tiers: a one-time "first clear," a cumulative "weekly clear," and cosmetic "Merit Ranking" stickers based on leaderboard placement.
Other seasonal modes
CZN also rotates in other limited or seasonal modes tied to specific patches (for example Galactic Disaster, Nebula Distortion and Memory Encroachment), each with its own event window and rewards that come and go with the patch schedule.
