ZZZ Cross-Platform & Cross-Save — Transfer Your Account to PC, PS5, Mobile & Xbox | Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ)
Yes. Zenless Zone Zero runs on PC, iOS, Android, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, and all your progress — Agents, Drive Discs, Polychrome, Inter-Knot level, even your pity count — is bound to your HoYoverse Passport, not the device. To move to another platform you just log into the same HoYoverse Passport; there is no transfer code. PS5 and Xbox require a one-time link between the console account and your Passport, and data cannot move between different servers (e.g. America and Europe).
Which platforms can you play on?
Zenless Zone Zero currently runs on five platforms: PC (Windows), iOS, Android, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. The Xbox version launched in June 2025 alongside Version 2.0 and includes Xbox Cloud Gaming for Game Pass Ultimate members (stream it without owning the console).
The key thing to understand: your account does not belong to the device. All progress is stored on the server and bound to your HoYoverse Passport — the email/phone login you sign in with. That's why the same account can be opened on many different devices.
How to transfer data: just log into the same account
Between PC, iOS and Android it couldn't be simpler: install the game on the new device, pick "I already have an account", and sign in with the same HoYoverse Passport (email + password, or phone number) you already use. All your Agents, Drive Discs, Polychrome and progress appear instantly.
There is no "transfer code" like some other games use — the only mechanism is sharing one HoYoverse Passport. Because everything lives on the server, even your pity count and 50/50 status carry over when you switch devices (pity is the running pull count that guarantees a top-tier Agent/W-Engine; the 50/50 is the coin-flip on whether that guarantee lands the limited Agent — see What is ZZZ Pity). To check your own account, use our UID / showcase lookup — your UID is identical on every platform.

PS5: you must link PSN — you can unlink only once
PS5 needs one extra step: linking your PSN account to a HoYoverse Passport. If you already play on PC/mobile and want to continue that save on PS5, download the game, choose "I already have an account" on the first screen, and sign in with your existing HoYoverse Passport — your PSN then attaches to that account.
The other direction (playing on PS5, moving to PC/mobile): go to Options ➜ Account ➜ Customer Service in-game to bind an email to your PSN account, then log in with that email on the new device.
Important warning: each HoYoverse Passport can unlink PSN only once, through the User Center — unlinking does not lose your progress (it simply stops sharing data with PSN), but since you only get that single unlink, think carefully and make sure you're signed into the correct main account before you confirm the link. On top of that, the region of your PSN account must match the region of the server where you created your character for the data to sync — e.g. a character on the America server needs a PSN account set to a matching region. Xbox links the same way to your Microsoft/Xbox account.
The biggest trap: different servers do NOT transfer
This is the mistake that wipes people out: data only transfers within the same server (region). Zenless Zone Zero splits servers by region — America, Europe, Asia, TW/HK/MO — and an account on one server shares no progress with another. If you accidentally created a character on America but your friends play on Asia, those are two completely separate saves that cannot be merged.
So when you log in on a new device, check you're on the right server before playing. Only the same HoYoverse Passport on the same server lets every device (PC, mobile, PS5, Xbox) see the same save.
Multiple devices are fine — but not at the same time
You can keep one HoYoverse Passport signed in on several devices (phone + PC + PS5) and switch between them freely. However you cannot play on two devices at once with the same account: when you log in on a second device, the one currently playing gets kicked out. This is normal and loses no data — an account is simply active in one place at a time.
Safety tip: enable two-step verification on your HoYoverse Passport and never share the password, since your account is the single thing holding all of your cross-platform progress.
Cross-platform co-op play
Beyond data transfer, Zenless Zone Zero also allows limited cross-platform co-op: PC, mobile, PS5 and Xbox players can interact with each other as long as they're on the same regional server. The platform doesn't block co-op — only the server decides who you can meet. Since ZZZ is mostly single-player, the co-op layer is light, but same-server means friends on different devices can still connect.

FAQ
Do I need a code to transfer from phone to PC?
No. There is no transfer code. Just install the game on PC, choose "I already have an account", and sign in with the same HoYoverse Passport you use on your phone. Your progress appears instantly because the data lives on the server.
Can I move my PS5 save to my phone?
Yes. In-game go to Options ➜ Account ➜ Customer Service to bind an email to your PSN account, then log in with that email on your phone. Note that each HoYoverse Passport can unlink PSN only once via the User Center (unlinking doesn't lose progress), so link the correct main account from the start.
Does my pity reset when I change platforms?
No. Your pity, 50/50 status, Agents, Polychrome and all progress are tied to your account, not the device, so switching platforms loses nothing. See the full ZZZ Pity guide at /zzz/pity.
Can data transfer between servers?
No. Data is only shared within the same server (America, Europe, Asia, TW/HK/MO). Accounts on different servers are separate saves that cannot be merged, so always pick the correct server when logging in on a new device.
