Insight Material Cheat Sheet

Every Insight casket tier and sample materials, straight from the game data — no guessing which item does what.

Summary

Insight has five casket tiers — Simple, Fine, Delicate, Exquisite and Mystical — each tied to its own set of materials. Lower tiers drop from early stages and story chapters; the top tier (Mystical) is mostly crafted in the Wilderness from lower-tier items rather than farmed directly.

Tier I–II Sample Materials

Each tier of Insight uses its own casket. You will meet the first two tiers within your first weeks; Delicate and above show up as your roster and story progress grow. "Where to farm" below lists a real repeatable stage for each material (pulled from the game's own item data) instead of a single placeholder stage — some materials only show up reliably once you unlock Hard mode for that chapter.

Tier III–IV Sample Materials

These are the deeper Insight materials, each with its own real farmable stage pulled from the game's item data (no repeated placeholder). Tier IV materials tend to only drop as a rare reward in Hard mode, so lean on the Wilderness crafting recipes in the next section if you would rather not grind for the drop.

Farming Tips & FAQ

Tier V materials are the rare exception: instead of farming a stage, you craft them in the Wilderness by combining lower-tier items you already have.

  • Save high-tier caskets until you actually need them — higher rarity is often weekly-capped.

FAQ

Do I need to farm every tier manually?

No. Tier I–IV mostly drop naturally from stages and story chapters you already clear; only Tier V needs a deliberate Wilderness craft using lower-tier leftovers.

Which casket should I prioritize first?

Simple and Fine Insight Caskets, since your early roster will need them constantly. Save Delicate/Exquisite/Mystical materials for the Arcanists you actually plan to build long-term.
